The HCPTS panel found paramedic Enrico Dippenaar's fitness to practise was no longer impaired following a suspension review held in private. The review concerned an earlier professional-boundaries case involving a student. The panel concluded that the twelve-month suspension had sufficiently maintained professional standards and public confidence. It allowed the existing suspension to lapse on its expiry on 24 October 2026.
