The HCPTS panel found hearing aid dispenser Mark Fraser Edgar no longer impaired after reviewing his suspension for dishonest expense claims. It accepted evidence of developed insight, remediation and safeguards, and considered repetition highly unlikely. The panel allowed the suspension to lapse at the end of 26 September 2026. It expressly declined immediate revocation because the hearing was a mandatory review.
