Erasure(struck off the register)
The HCPTS panel found that physiotherapist Imran Khan was convicted of producing cannabis and acted dishonestly by failing to disclose his charge and conviction and by misleading the HCPC on a renewal form. It found his fitness to practise currently impaired and concluded that his conduct was fundamentally incompatible with registration. The panel ordered him struck off.
