The HCPTS panel found that physiotherapist Josep Bofill Blanch breached professional boundaries by contacting a service user on social media, visiting her home and offering a gift. It found he misused her personal information, acted with sexual motivation and dishonestly failed to report his workplace suspension. The panel found current impairment and ordered him struck from the register, with an 18-month interim suspension during any appeal.
