Erasure(struck off the register)
The HCPTS panel found that physiotherapist Mohammad M Rahman remained impaired after he did not comply with a conditions of practice order or sufficiently address earlier findings of clinical lack of competence. The review panel said he was not capable of safe and effective practice and that further conditions or suspension had no merit. It ordered him struck from the register with effect from 27 July 2025.
