The HCPTS panel found that radiographer Oliver Hough's convictions for assault by penetration and three sexual assaults impaired his fitness to practise. It found no evidence of insight or remediation and a significant repetition risk, ordered erasure and imposed an 18-month interim suspension for the appeal period.
