The HCPTS panel found that Paula J May's fitness to practise remained impaired because she had provided no evidence of insight or remediation after an earlier finding of dishonest misrepresentation over orthoses. It found a significant risk of repetition and decided that another suspension would serve no useful purpose. The panel ordered her name struck from the Register.
