The HCPTS panel found that Randall Egger's fitness to practise remained impaired after an earlier finding of lack of competence. It had no evidence of meaningful insight, remediation or continuing professional development. The panel extended his conditions of practice for six months from 7 August 2026. These require supervised occupational therapy work, refresher training and a development plan, and prohibit locum or agency work.
