Erasure(struck off the register)
The HCPTS panel found that paramedic Raymond Byron remained impaired because he had provided no evidence that he had remedied record-keeping and patient-care failings found at an earlier hearing. It found that his lack of engagement ruled out conditions and made another suspension pointless. The panel ordered his name struck from the register when his suspension expired.
