Erasure(struck off the register)
The HCPTS panel found that Sipho Nkanyezi's fitness to practise was impaired after his conviction for sexually assaulting a female colleague. It found no evidence of remediation or that he recognised the serious impact of the misconduct, and concluded that he may pose an ongoing risk to colleagues. The panel decided that striking off was the only proportionate sanction.
