The HCPTS review panel found that operating department practitioner Susan Glaiser remained impaired after drug-related convictions and dishonest delayed disclosure to the HCPC. Although her substance use had been remediated, she had not engaged or addressed the misconduct, so the panel struck her off from 5 April 2024.
