The HCPTS panel considered radiographer Vinod Ramachandran's convictions for attempted child sexual offences and his failure to notify the regulator. It found limited insight and remorse, a continuing risk of sexual offending and no willingness to address the behaviour. Because lesser sanctions could not protect service users or public confidence, the panel struck him off.
