Interim restrictions extended
The GDC tribunal decided that the conditions on Mr Derek Lewis Levenstein's registration as a dentist should continue for the remainder of an 18-month interim order. The Interim Orders Committee reviewed the existing order at a hearing on 16 April 2026. The order was originally imposed on 9 December 2024 and is due to expire on 8 June 2026. The General Dental Council intends to apply to the High Court for an extension.
