The GDC tribunal decided that the suspension on Mr Hamilton's registration as a dentist should be extended for a further 12 months. The Professional Conduct Committee held a review hearing on 21 April 2026 and ordered that the suspension be reviewed again before the end of the new order. Mr Hamilton has been suspended since 1 April 2025. The decision is within the 28-day appeal period.
