The GDC's Registration Appeals Committee decided to dismiss Muneeb Amjad's appeal against the Registrar's refusal to register him as a dentist. The Registrar had declined the application on good character grounds after Mr Amjad submitted an altered qualification certificate in support of a separate application to join the dental care professionals register. The Committee found his actions were dishonest and was not satisfied he had demonstrated the good character required for registration.
