Interim restrictions extended
The GDC tribunal decided that the existing conditions on Mr Dhameliya's registration as a dental nurse and dental therapist should be continued for the remainder of an 18-month interim order originally imposed on 2 December 2024. The Interim Orders Committee held a review hearing on 22 April 2026. The order is due to expire on 1 June 2026 and the GDC has indicated it will apply to the High Court for an extension.
