Dental Professionals Hearings Serviceregistration appeal
Appeal allowed(appeal succeeded)
The GDC tribunal decided that Mr Vitaliy Odnorig's appeal should be allowed. He had applied to join the dental care professionals register as a dental therapist, and the GDC's Registrar refused the application because two assessment panels were not satisfied he had the required knowledge and skill. The Registration Appeals Committee heard his evidence on 22 July 2026 and found he had covered the outstanding learning outcomes. It sent the case back to the Registrar to check the remaining registration requirements, which cover identity, English language, good character and good health.
