Findings
This was a New Interim Order Hearing before the NMC's Investigating Committee, held virtually on 30 July 2026. Mr Idowu was present and represented by Ben Jones, instructed by Unison. The panel decided to make an interim conditions of practice order for a period of 18 months, determining that the conditions were necessary, proportionate and appropriate. The conditions limit his nursing practice to Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust with no agency or bank work; require him to work remotely from home in a non-patient and non-staff facing role as per his current arrangements with his employer; and require monthly reflective discussions with his line manager, mentor or supervisor in relation to professional boundaries and appropriate communication with colleagues, together with a supervisor's report before any review, and the usual notification and disclosure conditions. The order must be reviewed before the end of the next six months and every six months thereafter. No findings of fact have been made at this stage.
