The NMC's Investigating Committee decided that nursing associate Busayo Idowu should practise under an interim conditions of practice order for 18 months while its investigation continues. The conditions limit him to working for Oxford Health NHS Foundation Trust, remotely and in a non-patient-facing role, and require monthly reflective discussions with a supervisor about professional boundaries and communication with colleagues. The NMC's case examiners have not yet decided whether there is a case to answer.
