   The NMC's Investigating Committee varied Milan Arian's existing interim conditions of practice order. The conditions restrict her employer and duties, set supervision requirements, and require a development plan, fortnightly meetings, reports and disclosure. 2. 24 July 2026·Nursing and Midwifery Council·interim orders hearing

   Interim order imposed(interim restrictions imposed)· 18 months

   The NMC's Investigating Committee imposed an interim conditions of practice order on midwife Milan Arian for 18 months at a hearing on 24 July 2026. The conditions limit her to one substantive employer, require indirect supervision by another registered midwife at all times, and prevent her being the sole midwife on duty or in charge of a shift. The NMC's case examiners have yet to decide whether there is a case to answer, and no allegation has been proved.
