The alleged inaccurate arrival-time message and additional-hours billing were not proved; associated dishonesty was therefore not established. The Medic Now disclosure allegation was discontinued before the remaining charges were renumbered. The panel found current impairment on personal and public grounds, limited insight and remediation, and a risk of repetition. It ordered striking off with a separate interim suspension pending appeal for a maximum of 18 months.
