Erasure(struck off the register)
The HCPTS panel ordered Yannek Benson to be struck off after finding dishonesty about his experience, clinical failings, driving-related risks and misconduct towards colleagues. Allegations about an arrival-time message and billing additional hours were not proved, and a separate employer-disclosure allegation was discontinued. The panel found continuing impairment, limited insight and remediation, and a risk of repetition. It imposed a separate interim suspension of up to 18 months pending appeal.
