Findings

The NMC Investigating Committee varied existing interim conditions. Nursing work is restricted to one substantive employer with no agency or bank work, no nurse-in-charge duties and same-shift supervision. Medication requires direct supervision until competence is assessed by another registered nurse, with verification sent to the NMC within seven days. Fortnightly meetings and reports address records, medication and deteriorating patients. Case Examiners had not yet decided whether there was a case to answer. No final findings or fresh duration were imposed.
