The MPTS tribunal suspended Dr Mohammed Elmajee for 12 months after finding that non-consensual kissing and attempted kissing of a colleague amounted to sexual harassment. It found his fitness to practise impaired and directed an immediate suspension and a review. The allegation of lunging was not proved, and a separate WhatsApp message was not found to constitute sexual harassment. The tribunal considered the misconduct potentially remediable and erasure disproportionate.
