No impairment found
The MPTS tribunal found that Dr Ronald James's fitness to practise is no longer impaired by reason of misconduct. At the original 2022 hearing he was found to have permitted D4 medical examination forms to be stamped with his details on three occasions when he had not supervised the examinations, and to have acted dishonestly. The review tribunal directed that his conditions of practice be revoked with immediate effect.
