Conditions on practice(practising with restrictions)· 1 year
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee extended Abraham Morgen's conditions of practice for 12 months from the end of 15 October 2026. The panel recognised his engagement and training but found insufficient insight and evidence of improvement after earlier clinical failings and dishonest records. It retained supervision, training and reporting requirements, considering these sufficient to protect patients while allowing him to demonstrate improvement in nursing practice.
