Interim restrictions imposed
The NMC's Investigating Committee replaced an existing interim suspension order against Marcia Osaige, a registered adult nurse from Lewisham, with an interim conditions of practice order on 13 March 2026. The conditions limit her to one substantive non-agency employer, prevent her from being the sole or charge nurse on a shift, and require indirect supervision by another registered nurse and fortnightly supervisory meetings on patient interaction and infection control. The NMC's case examiners have not yet decided whether there is a case to answer.
