The NMC's Investigating Committee directed removal of Maxwell Murisa's incorrectly made registration entry after he admitted failing to declare driving convictions at revalidation. It expressly found that fraud and dishonesty were not proved, accepting that the omission arose from confusion. The decision allows him to reapply so the Registrar can assess the relevant information. The panel declined to impose an interim order.
