Suspension(suspended from practice)· 1 year
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee found that Olanma Monalisa Davidson's fitness to practise remains impaired. Reviewing a conditions of practice order imposed in July 2025 for misconduct in a care home, the panel found little evidence that she had complied with the conditions, undertaken training or produced a reflective piece. It replaced the conditions with a suspension order for 12 months, taking effect at the end of 12 August 2026.
