Voluntary removal from the register
The NMC found that Rosavilla Alayon's application for agreed removal from the register should be granted. An Assistant Registrar concluded she no longer intends to work as a registered nurse, the allegations against her were not likely to result in a striking-off order, and the public interest was best served by agreeing removal. The underlying allegation was that she had not demonstrated the knowledge, skill and judgement required to practise without supervision as a nurse. No allegation was substantively proved.
