The HCPTS panel found that dietitian David Brown remained impaired following earlier findings of serious misconduct involving record-keeping and delayed or missed service-user reviews. The review panel received no information showing remediation or an intention to address the shortcomings, and decided another suspension would achieve nothing. It ordered him struck from the register when the existing suspension expires on 5 September 2025.
