The HCPTS panel considered radiographer Francois Marion Jurado's conviction for sexual communications with someone he believed was a 14-year-old boy. It found virtually no insight, no effective remediation and a continuing risk of sexual reoffending while he remained subject to a criminal sentence. The panel concluded that only striking off could protect the public.
