The HCPTS panel struck podiatrist Ryan B Norman off the register following convictions involving extreme pornography and indecent images of children over more than eight years. It found very limited insight, no remorse or remediation and a real risk of repetition. The panel concluded that only removal could protect public confidence and imposed an interim suspension.
