Erasure(struck off the register)
The HCPTS panel found that radiographer Wendy Thomas twice attended work under the influence of alcohol, drank during a shift and made serious treatment-recording errors while intoxicated. It found limited insight, no evidence of remediation and a significant risk of repetition. Concluding that suspension would serve no positive purpose and no lesser sanction would protect the public, it struck her off.
