The GDC tribunal decided that dentist Gaetano Fundaro's fitness to practise was not impaired and concluded the case. The GDC withdrew clinical charges concerning consent, costs and record keeping during the hearing. The Professional Conduct Committee found the remaining allegations not proved, namely that he failed to respond adequately to a patient's concerns about treatment charges, shouted at the patient, and pushed him out of the surgery.
