The GDC tribunal decided that dentist Henri Wafula's interim registration should be suspended. At a review hearing on 24 June 2026, the Interim Orders Committee revoked the interim conditions and imposed a suspension for the remainder of the order. First imposed in February 2023 and extended twice by the High Court, the order is due to expire on 26 August 2026, when the GDC will seek a further extension. The Committee made no findings on the substance of the case.

The Interim Orders Committee held a review hearing on 21 April 2026. The original order was imposed on 27 February 2023 and has been extended twice by the High Court, most recently for a further 12 months on 26 August 2025. The matter will be reviewed again in three months.
