Interim restrictions extended
The GDC tribunal decided that the existing conditions on Mr Wafula's registration as a dentist should be varied and continued for the remainder of a High Court extension to his interim order. The Interim Orders Committee held a review hearing on 21 April 2026. The original order was imposed on 27 February 2023 and has been extended twice by the High Court, most recently for a further 12 months on 26 August 2025. The matter will be reviewed again in three months.
