Interim order imposed(interim restrictions imposed)
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee decided, at an interim order review, to replace Alexander Douglas Francis's interim suspension order with an interim conditions of practice order. The children's nurse may continue working under supervision and other restrictions, including on medication administration. The conditions are an interim measure; the panel has yet to deal with the substantive allegations against him, which remain undetermined.
