Interim restrictions imposed
The NMC's Investigating Committee found that the existing interim conditions of practice order on registered mental health nurse David Mwebe should be replaced with an interim suspension order. The order will be reviewed within six months and every six months after that. The substantive allegations against him have still to be considered by a panel of the Fitness to Practise Committee.
