The NMC's Investigating Committee imposed an interim suspension order on adult nurse Edward Nyatanga for 18 months at a new interim order hearing on 8 May 2026. The NMC's case examiners have not yet decided whether there is a case to answer over the allegations against him. The order will be reviewed within six months and every six months after that, and could be revoked, confirmed or replaced with an interim conditions of practice order.
