Interim order imposed(interim restrictions imposed)
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee decided that Emily Davies's interim conditions of practice order should be replaced with an interim suspension order. Miss Davies was not present and was not represented at the hearing. A panel will review the suspension order within the next six months, and she may ask for that review to be held at a hearing she can attend. A panel has still to deal with the allegations against her.
