The NMC's Investigating Committee decided that Festus Ezenwa Olenyi should practise under an interim conditions of practice order for 18 months. The conditions require him to work for one employer, not to be the sole nurse in charge of a shift, to be supervised when administering medication until assessed as competent, and to meet his manager fortnightly. The NMC's case examiners have not yet decided whether there is a case to answer.
