    The NMC's Investigating Committee found that an interim conditions of practice order should be imposed on Mr Dennard for 18 months while the case progresses. The conditions limit his nursing practice to one single substantive employer, prohibit agency or bank work, prohibit any involvement in administering or managing medication, and prohibit prescribing.
