    The NMC's Investigating Committee decided to impose an interim conditions of practice order on registered nurse Nehmtallah Haddad for 18 months. The panel said the conditions were proportionate and appropriate. They require Mr Haddad to work for a single employer, be supervised at all times, undergo an occupational health assessment, and complete competency assessments in theatre settings. The NMC's Case Examiners have not yet decided whether there is a case to answer. The order must be reviewed within six months.
