Interim order imposed(interim restrictions imposed)· 18 months
The NMC's Investigating Committee decided to place an interim conditions of practice order on registered nurse Sherles Sorianosos for 18 months. The conditions limit her to one substantive employer, stop her being the sole registered nurse in charge of a shift or ward, and require supervision until her line manager signs off her competence in medication management, recognising deteriorating patients, record keeping, falls management and workload. Case examiners have not yet decided whether there is a case to answer.
