Interim restrictions imposed· 18 months
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee found that an interim suspension order should be imposed on Miss Blades for 18 months while the case progresses. The order will be reviewed within six months and every six months thereafter. A panel of the Fitness to Practise Committee has still to deal with the allegations against her. Miss Blades was not present at the hearing and was not represented.
