The NMC's Investigating Committee decided to replace an existing interim suspension order on Grigore Dinca, a registered adult nurse, with an interim conditions of practice order. The conditions require him to work for a single substantive employer under direct supervision, never as the sole registered nurse in charge of a shift, and to meet his supervisor fortnightly to review patient assessments, care of diabetic patients, record-keeping, honesty and communication. The NMC's case examiners have yet to decide whether there is a case to answer.
