The NMC's Investigating Committee imposed an interim conditions of practice order on Hendeika Gray, a registered nursing associate and registered nurse, for a period of 18 months. The panel required, among other conditions, that she work under supervision, limit her nursing to a single substantive employer, and be directly observed administering medication until assessed as competent. The Council's case examiners have not yet decided whether there is a case to answer.
