Interim order imposed(interim restrictions imposed)
The NMC's Fitness to Practise Committee decided to replace nurse Jack Bieniek's interim suspension order with an interim conditions of practice order at a review hearing. The conditions restrict him to a single employer, Prestige Nursing & Care, prevent him from being the sole nurse in charge, and require supervision and fortnightly meetings covering areas including medication and wound management. The allegations against him have not yet been decided by a panel.
