The NMC's Investigating Committee imposed an interim conditions of practice order on Tataw Olive Ojong for 18 months. The conditions require her to work for one substantive employer, bar her from being the nurse in charge of any shift, and require direct supervision until she is assessed as competent in medication management, patient assessment and recognising deteriorating patients. The NMC's case examiners have not yet decided whether there is a case to answer.
