The MPTS tribunal refused Dr Peter Kelsall's first application to be restored to the Medical Register following his administrative erasure in March 2023 for non-payment of his annual retention fee. It also found new allegations proved that he worked six locum emergency consultant shifts at Noble's Hospital on the Isle of Man in April 2023 after being told three times that he had been erased, including acting as anaesthetist for several operations, and that his conduct was dishonest. The tribunal directed that he may not reapply for restoration for at least 12 months.

The MPTS tribunal found that Dr Ju Young Um's fitness to practise was impaired by reason of his conviction for 23 voyeurism offences in Glasgow in April 2025, for which he was sentenced to 18 months' imprisonment with a 9-month extended licence period and placed on the Sex Offenders' Register for 10 years. The conviction concerned covert recordings of 28 victims in his home and in hospital staff accommodation between 2020 and 2023. The tribunal directed that his name be erased from the medical register and imposed an immediate order of suspension.

The MPTS tribunal found that Dr John Akumabor's fitness to practise was impaired by reason of misconduct. The tribunal found that he continued to work as a GP at Sudbury Surgery between May and September 2024 after the GMC had withdrawn his licence to practise, receiving about £20,000 in pay, and that his actions were dishonest. He admitted the allegation in full. The tribunal ordered a nine-month suspension with a review hearing, and imposed an immediate order so the suspension takes effect at once.

He had failed the practical part of an Advanced Life Support course on 27 October 2024 and later sent Locumlink Healthcare a certificate of completion that had been generated in error by the course booking system. The tribunal accepted that he genuinely believed the certificate showed he had passed and decided his actions were not dishonest. It found no misconduct, did not consider impairment, and concluded the case with no sanction.
